Brand Ambassador for BATCHED

Part Time | 3-9 Hours Weekly | Fixed Term

BATCHED Premium Cocktails is one of New Zealand's leading ready-to-drink cocktail brands, bringing bar-quality cocktails to consumers nationwide. We're looking for enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent our products in-store and help introduce customers to the BATCHED range.

Hours: Approx. 3-9 hours per week. Hours will vary by location and store demand, and 9 hours per week is not guaranteed. Shifts are typically scheduled Thursday, Friday and Saturday afternoons or evenings. 29 October - 12 December 2026.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for energetic and personable individuals to represent BATCHED Premium Cocktails in liquor stores throughout New Zealand. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of the brand, engaging with customers, running in-store tastings, sharing product knowledge, and helping drive sales through memorable customer experiences.

This is a fun, customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working independently, and representing a premium New Zealand brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and run in-store tastings of BATCHED cocktails.
• Engage customers and create a positive, memorable brand experience.
• Educate customers on the BATCHED range and recommend products based on their preferences.
• Encourage product trial and drive sales through confident product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and visually appealing tasting station.
• Merchandise BATCHED products to maximise visibility and sales opportunities.
• Handle and store promotional materials and tasting stock appropriately.
• Complete post-shift reporting, including bottles sold and stock used.
• Complete weekly sign-in/sign-out reporting requirements.
• Collect customer feedback and market insights.
• Work collaboratively with store staff regarding stock levels and displays.
• Represent the BATCHED brand with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Have access to a reliable vehicle.
• Willing and able to travel within your region.
• Confident, friendly, and comfortable approaching and speaking with customers.
• Well-presented with excellent communication skills.
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
• Available to work 3-hour shifts on Thursday, Friday and/or Saturday afternoons and evenings.
• Able to commit to the campaign period (29 October - 12 December 2026).
• Physically able to stand for the duration of tasting shifts.
• Able to lift and transport promotional materials and stock (up to 15kg).
• Sales, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is preferred but not essential.
• Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
